Refund Policy

All sales are final. No returns/exchanges and no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed. If your products got damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped to you, email us at orders.glowgoldskincare@gmail.com within 14 days of order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 24 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email that we have received your returned item and then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days.
